Do's and Don'ts for a succesfull day by Pilar Ortiz

Achieving what you want in your professional and personal life is the result of what you do every day. Every morning is an opportunity to cultivate the life you dream of.

Having the capacity to achieve goals requires particular skills that often are not innate to people the most important thing is that they can be developed and learned through techniques that help you have a mindset oriented to positivism and abundance.

That is why I want to share with you three tips that will help you this programs your mind every morning to have a successful day:

  1. Have a routine that impacts your day: your mind is full of negative ideas that have been planted there since childhood. This program you to act in a certain way, the "I can't" limit you and hinder your actions. So repeat positive phrases related to what you want to achieve. Think positive.
  2. Be in control of what you are going to do as soon as you wake up, and discard all negative information that infiltrates your mind. Keep away habits that have a negative impact. To do this, avoid watching News or even seeing your cellular phone when you first wake up. Wait at least 30 minutes to do so.
  3. Make a routine that programs you for what you want: we are so used to thinking about what we don't want that we are vibrating from fear, from trying to control the situation and losing the opportunity to be grateful for everything that is happening in our life.

To reprogram your mind towards success, in addition to putting into practice these suggestions, I recommend you cultivate qualities such as punctuality, perseverance, exercise, proactivity, and organization.

Being aware and paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and words will help us to schedule a successful day.

Put these tips into practice and make them consistent in your daily life. If you want to know how to change your habits, remember that I have an article where I explain step by step how to do it: https://www.pilarortiz.com/change-your-daily-habits
